1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer affordable and reliable shipping options to ensure your new shoes arrive in perfect condition.

Standard Shipping: $5.99 USD (Delivery within 7–14 business days).
Free Shipping: Available on all orders of $49.00 USD and over.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Estimated delivery times are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

vroerishop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
