Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at vroerishop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your shoes, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you received your item. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following conditions:
  • The shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • They must be free from any visible signs of wear, outdoor use, scratches, or dirt on the soles.
  • The items must be in their original packaging (including the original shoe box and tags).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items or clearance products (unless they arrive damaged or defective)
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our customer support team at siadagni12@inbox.eu with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with the exact return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Pack the shoes securely in their original box and ship them back to us.
Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs from your original order ($5.99 USD for standard shipping under $49.00 USD) are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size/style due to our error. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at siadagni12@inbox.eu.
